Built a self-serve swag portal for 5,000+ Coca-Cola employees — no manual ordering, no wrong-size returns.

Background
Coca-Cola Beverages Florida wanted to give every employee branded gear without the operational drag their old process created. Bulk orders, sorting by size, repackaging by location, and tracking down recipients across facilities had become a permanent line item on HR's calendar.
The Challenge
With 5,000+ employees spread across the state, the old approach was breaking down. Wrong sizes came back. Shipments missed people. HR was spending hours every week on a process that should have been zero-touch. They needed a system that put choice in the employee's hands and pulled HR out of the middle.
- Verifying employee eligibility without creating login friction
- Making the catalog feel premium while staying easy to navigate
- Coordinating individual drop-ship to thousands of home addresses
- Giving HR visibility without creating an admin burden
Our Solution
We built a private redemption portal gated to verified Coca-Cola Beverages Florida employees. Each person logs in with their company email, browses a curated catalog, picks their items and sizes, and submits. We handle production, kit assembly, and individual drop-ship to their home address. HR gets a live dashboard showing redemption rates, inventory levels, and shipping status.
Our Approach
- Step 1: Built a gated login flow tied to verified employee email domains
- Step 2: Curated a custom on-brand catalog for the program
- Step 3: Integrated size selection at the redemption layer to eliminate wrong-size returns
- Step 4: Set up direct-to-home drop-ship fulfillment with tracking
- Step 5: Delivered an HR-side dashboard for redemption, inventory, and shipping visibility
Key Products Delivered
Employees get gear they actually picked, in the size that actually fits, at their door. HR's weekly time-on-swag dropped to near zero. The program runs itself, and Coca-Cola Beverages Florida has a model they can extend to additional facilities or roll out to new programs without rebuilding from scratch.
