Process Overview: After placing an order, you’ll get an email confirmation with your order number. Mockups will follow within 48 business hours. You will be able to approve the designs, or make changes. Once you approved the mockups we will send your order to production.
General Questions
It depends on the item or the swag box selected, but our lowest minimum is 24 pcs.
Our in house production allows us to offer 1 week turnaround on select items. Most orders take 2-4 weeks. We cannot guarantee dates unless you have selected a premium rush option.
You can select the sizes you want or we can recommend a standard distribution for you! If ordering swag boxes, there will be a size sticker under the box to identify the size of the items inside.
Yes! We can provide you with a link to share with your recipients so they can select sizes and indicate their shipping address.
Yes! Let us know what we can assist with, and we’ll find it.
Yes! We offer storage and fulfillment for large volume orders. Our warehouse is located in Miami, FL. Front your dashboard, let us know how many packs you need from our warehouse and we ship them out within 24 hours.
We can't accept returns for improper fit as all items are made to order and we are happy to provide size charts. If you need a new apparel item, feel free to reach out and we can make a new one at an additional charge.
All Activate Swag tech is included just for working with us. No need to pay monthly to access our system.
Yes! We actually offer a free swag box with YOUR logo'ed items here. To see blank samples of items you are interested in, we will charge for the sample and credit to your order once placed.
Design
Yes! To expedite and avoid additional fees, you can also request images of your items prior to production if you are worried.
Our design team will create mockups for each project for you. All we need is your logo! You may also provide designs if you prefer.
High resolution! AI, PDF or EPS files work the best.
Most designs arrive in your dashboard within 24 hours. More complex projects may require additional time.
Swag Boxes
We measure boxes and items to make sure your items fit.
1) Custom printed boxes - full color inside and outside printing
2) Mailer boxes - white or brown boxes that can have custom branded stickers or tape to seal.
Yes! Our production team packs every box to make sure your branding is consistent and on point prior to leaving our facility.
Yes! Each item can have a different design or logo.

Shipping
We will gladly reship the item for you. If the recipient rejected the package or address was not valid, the package will be returned to your inventory and able to be shipped again. Activate Swag is not responsible for the returned package condition. The cost to reship will be invoiced to your account.
You can upload a CSV list of your recipients and addresses in your dashboard or email it to your Activate Swag rep.

Our system automatically checks the shipping address through the FedEx shipment verification and will provide notifications for a bad address.
Sooner the better! At least a 48 hours before your order is scheduled to ship. If we don't have your addresses on ship day, you'll risk your orders being delayed.
Yes! We can ship worldwide. Rates vary depending on size and weight.
